I need a hair makeover (colour & cut)! Somewhat fair complexion, some red spots, brown eyes.?

1.My long hair is falling out because of the breastfeeding.

2. It's wavy.

3. I have a round face.

i would go with a little shorter and do some layers, and for a colour, id what color it is now but with fair complexion you dont want to go to dark or too light so id go with like a golden or a honey brown colour
