If its how i remember it, that would look good. Or if you are scared about it, try gradually going through each shade of blonde until you find the one thats right for you. Better to get something that you like slowely then to do a drastic change fast and not like it

No, it would be pretty. ^.^ I used to have curly hair but I've seen how streaks look in curly hair. Its hard to explain but I like the way it looks. You can always try another hair style if you don't like it.

I would leave out the blue. Highlights always look great though as they give your hair a textured look.
