I have naturally dirty blonde hair, and I highlight it. I think they are all good, just depends on the person. Different people look good with different looks.

id say a rich dark brown. especially if you have fair skin. it gives you an excuse to use intense eye make up.

HONESTLY? Not everyone looks good in every color, some colors can make you look WORSE because they clash with your skin tone. A shade or two lighter or darker than your natural color is always the best place to begin
