Dyed red heads please help?!?

I recently dyed my hair red I love it but now i remeber why I swore off red in the first place! My red hair bleeds everywere! My color is already fading fast! Please help with anything you can recomend for red hair.

Red dyes have the smallest pigment cells so they fade the fastest. If your color is bleeding, it might be because you're using a color stain which washes out. You can buy shampoos and conditioners that have a teeny bit of red stain in them and they will refresh your color weekly. If you're using a permanent color, don't put the color on the ends when you touch up your color. Just the roots. If you always run the color thru to the ends, you over process your hair. Over processed hair also fades faster than normal.

don't shampoo everyday and rinse with COLD water.

reds fade quickly %26amp; i know it sucks but there really isn't much you can do.

get colour treatment shampoo for hair.. maybe that would help. Also don't wash your hair fr 4 days once you dye your hair so that colour won't fade.

Try to get a permanant color. It'll bleed the first few times you wash it, and then it'll get better. Also try going with a darker color than you want, and wash it out a few times to get it to bleed and lighten. The next time you dye it to touch up roots, it wont be so bad.
