I am wondering what hair color my baby will most likely have. So, here's the background:

Me: Red hair

My mother and father were both born with blonde hair that turned brown.

Husband: Brown hair

His mother has dirty blonde hair and his father has brown.

So, any guesses?

Actually, Red hair is becoming more and more rare with each generation.

you cant really predict what color hair or eyes your baby will have because of genetics, it just depends what the babies dna is like. both my parents had dark hair, i was born with bleach blonde hair that has now turned dark brown. one sister has jet black hair and the other has light brown.

Could be brown or red...you never know...Me and my children's father both have dark brown hair, and my oldest child has dark brown, my girl sandy blonde, and my youngest red...lol...go figure! I'd say that your baby will probably end up with dirty blonde hair but when they become an adult it will have brown hair. Then again there is a 25% chance that the baby may have your red hair. You seem to have a recessive red head trait.

me red hair, my little lads dad, dark brown (his parents same as your partners parents)

= my little boy has a sandy light brown, in the sun you can see alot of red in it. He will never be mousey brown or dark..like a mix of light brown, dark blond and red...mmm u get me lol!!

The only difference with us is that my dad is red haired, so my gene for red is quite strong (my half brother red haired to)so i don't think your baby will be red haired. However, you never know!!

Reddish brown/light auburn? Any combo is possible. My hairs chestnut brown, my husband was red turned medium brown. My daughter is a strawberry blonde/light auburn mix!
