did you follow the directions on the bottle and test a patch of skin before fully using the nair on the part of your body where you were getting rid of the hair?
if not, it seems like you're having a mild allergic reaction to it and the best you can do is see a doctor, maybe put some vaseline on it.

Give-up Nair!! I have never met anyone that could use it without such an occurrence happening. However as to how to deal with the bumps...
*wash your legs with a gentle soap such as Dove then moisturize with an oil free lotion/moisturizer
*don't shave unless absolutely necessary until your skin clears up (therefore invest in pants or long skirts)
*and finally don't use Nair!
